My Tasks:
The project was approached as a full-cycle UX, content and branding initiative, with a strong emphasis on clarity, narrative structure and scalability. My Perspective:
Building your first personal website is like writing a biography while you’re still very much alive - you keep discovering chapters you forgot existed. The process forced me to step back, look at the whole trajectory of my career and translate years of experience into a narrative that actually makes sense. And yes, I definitely over-optimized things at least twice, but in the end the site feels exactly like it should: simple, honest and unmistakably mine.Catalogue Redesign

My Tasks:
The project centred on the complete redesign of a 250-page catalogue, integrating branding, visual communication and content architecture into one scalable system. My Perspective:
This project was a creative dream - and the kind that stays with you. Bringing together premium 3D product renderings with authentic, multi-day employee photography was an opportunity to show the company not just as a producer of cables, but as a team with purpose, values and character. Seeing these worlds merge in one narrative was incredibly satisfying. The only downside? It never made it to print. And that still stings. This catalogue had everything to become a TOP project - structure, beauty, depth, and a story worth telling. For now, it remains Bronze only because it’s unfinished. But if it ever gets completed, I know exactly where it belongs.Engagement Campaign

My Tasks:
The project was delivered entirely in-house by the international marketing team and required fast coordination across departments and locations. My Perspective:
Watching a conservative, process-driven organisation suddenly get emotionally invested in football results was honestly hilarious and deeply satisfying. The best part? Seeing people across four countries refreshing rankings and trash-talking each other in meeting rooms. It was the first time I felt the company genuinely come alive. And the fact that we built everything internally - from landing page to scoring logic - made the whole thing even sweeter.Cable PIM Platform

The transformation followed an iterative, Agile-influenced approachMy Perspective:
This project felt like solving a giant puzzle where every piece represented a product attribute - except half the pieces were missing, mislabeled, or living in someone’s Excel file from 2018. Designing the system was intellectually satisfying: the more complex the data structures became, the more enjoyable the challenge. If I had to summarise it: the moment everything finally clicked into a single, coherent ecosystem was one of those „yes, this is why I love digital transformation” moments.Dedicated CMS

Change Process:
My Perspective:
After years of working with Joomla, WordPress, Pimcore and Typo3, I finally understood the real value of a system that does exactly what the organisation needs - no more, no less. Building a CMS that is impossible to break, easy to learn and actually pleasant to use felt incredibly rewarding. Watching people realise that they can publish content without fear - and do it well - was one of the most satisfying outcomes of the entire digital transformation.Corporate Photoshoots

My Perspective:
This project was a perfect mix of creativity, logistics and controlled chaos. My Tasks:
My Perspective:
This was one of the most exciting projects of my entire career. For the first time, industrial cables looked like luxury objects - almost like pieces from Pandora or Swarovski. The animator nailed the artistic vision on the first try, which almost never happens. Working in 4K pushed everything to a higher level: every texture, every reflection, every micro-detail had to be perfect. This project also proved to me that with full professionalism and the right creative vision, even something as seemingly mundane and unremarkable as a cable can be transformed into a piece of art.Corporate Video Series

My Tasks:
My Perspective:
Storytelling in marketing is more than filmmaking - it’s the art of giving structure, emotion and meaning to what a company does. Products, values, ESG initiatives, customer relationships, even daily work routines - all of these become infinitely more powerful when shown as real stories rather than abstract concepts. This project allowed me not only to author these stories, but to build them, moment by moment, through interviews, project showcases and glimpses into employees’ personal lives.New Visual Identity

My Tasks:
My Perspective:
Helping a company move from manual notes, memory-based coordination and overflowing warehouses into a structured ERP environment is one of the most rewarding forms of transformation. This project reminded me how powerful a well-chosen system can be when people finally see their daily chaos mapped into organised processes. Starting as the lone advocate for change and ending with a team fully aligned around Business Central was a great confirmation that even small organisations can embrace big transformation when guided the right way.New Website

Building a smaller site after working on large-scale platforms felt refreshingly focused. The challenge here was simplicity - finding the right way to present a growing company without overcomplicating its message. The Salzkammergut influence gave the project authenticity and warmth that set it apart from typical technology-driven design. Working on a public-sector project in Poland was a fascinating shift from the private-sector world - and a necessary lesson. My Tasks:
My Perspective:
Asysdent 2018 is, without question, the best event marketing project I’ve ever delivered. I took something that had potential but was underperforming and turned it into a gold-standard product - creatively, organizationally and financially. What made it special was the combination of roles: visionary, project manager, marketer and salesperson in one person. I was designing the concept, negotiating with global brands, planning logistics, checking decks at midnight and then standing in the auditorium watching 1,000 people enjoy something that, a year earlier, barely filled a third of the hall.Educational Video Series

My Tasks:
My Perspective:
This project showed me how powerful creative direction can be even when you’re not physically running the film crew. Designing the visual logic and educational flow for 41 medical procedures - and then seeing the floor manager execute that vision flawlessly - was incredibly satisfying. It also gave me a deeper respect for clinical filming: you can’t “redo” most shots, you must anticipate everything, and yet the final videos must look clean, educational and effortless. A challenging project, but one that shaped my understanding of high-precision content production.Social Media Consolidation

My Tasks:
My Perspective:
This was one of the few social-media projects that genuinely made sense - with a strategy, structure and measurable outcome. Most of my career experience with social channels showed me a sad truth: much of what companies call “marketing” is just copying what others do because “you have to” - SEO because you must, posts because you must, trade fairs because you must. Real strategic thinking often gets lost.Email Marketing Product

Stepping into the fashion world, even briefly, was unexpectedly fascinating. Backstage at Fashion Week is organised chaos - creative, fast, intense - and managing it felt like running a small city behind the curtain. The work went so well that I received a job offer to join the industry full-time. Looking back, saying “no” was probably the moment I diverged from a career that might have led to Monaco, running shows for Gucci or Prada. Still, the experience itself was brilliant - a completely different world, and a surprisingly enjoyable one.Film Discussion Series

Sometimes the most impactful digital changes are also the simplest. Introducing LiveChat felt almost trivial at first - until we realised how strongly people prefer instant, human-level communication. Watching adoption explode to the point where two people were needed full-time was proof that good service design is often about removing friction, not reinventing the world.Sales Folder & Offer System

My Tasks:
My Perspective:
This was the first project in my life where I realised something fundamental: reality is bendable - and almost anything is possible if you try hard enough. I was a teenager with a stack of letters, knocking on doors and convincing businesses to help rebuild a roof in a town most of them had never heard of. And it worked - spectacularly.Disclaimer
The projects listed above represent only a selected portion of my professional experience. They were included because they delivered significant impact, hold strategic value, or remain memorable for their scope and execution. This summary does not reflect the dozens of industry fairs I organised (including booth design and production), ongoing SEO/SEA activities, Meta and GA operations, marketing automation work, or the continuous stream of social media management and content production. It also excludes the countless operational projects—presentations, business cards, corporate stationery, apparel, fleet branding, internal system adaptations after rebranding, and numerous smaller events—that form part of my everyday responsibilities but do not stand alone as “exceptional individual projects.”
It also does not capture the meetings, pressure, effort or inevitable mistakes that shaped my growth over the years. If you have reached the end of this overview, you now know far more about me than any traditional CV could ever convey. The next step is simple: let’s meet face to face.
